Hartzog Consulting, LLC is a consulting firm that offers consulting, branding and project management services to individuals, organizations and corporations. Quite possibly the foundation of everything that we do, project and process management are the key fundamentals that drive all other capabilities of the company.

Our experience has allowed us to cultivate branding efforts and strategic process management for a variety of industries. An extensive background in financial services, fashion and small business development create a strong mix and variety of services available. For very specialized projects, the company maintains relationships with industry experts, allowing Hartzog Consulting to be the liaison for a variety of diversified projects. The company’s clientele consists of prominent professionals, entrepreneurs and corporations that enjoy experiencing the power of emulating an unmistakable image and brand.

The company’s principle, Carlisha Hartzog, is a branding consultant with a career background in the financial, marketing and fashion industries. Hartzog spent nine years of her career in leadership and management positions for various financial institutions in the United States, focusing on the consumer and commercial banking needs of her portfolio, managing portfolios in excess of $20 million. Hartzog graduated Magna Cum Laude and received a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Alabama with a major in Fashion Merchandising and minors in Business, Marketing and Spanish. She completed her Masters of Business Administration at the University of South Alabama in May 2012.

While living in Europe and the Northeastern United States, Hartzog has always been intrigued and influenced by the diversity and impact of brand power. Utilizing the knowledge that she received from her education and experience, she has offered sales and merchandising services to retail boutiques and stores such as Victoria’s Secret, New York & Company, and BCBG Max Azria within the Southeastern United States. Hartzog also successfully completed an internship at the BCBG Max Azria corporate showroom in New York in 2006, which further enhanced her branding and consulting skills. An avid traveler and fashion correspondent, Hartzog has been accredited by the British Fashion Council as an International Blogger, and covered runway shows during London Fashion Week in 2012. The company has worked with organizations such as the corporate office of Alabama Power, Franklin Primary Health Center Inc., Spring Hill College of Mobile, Bishop State Community College of Mobile, the Senior Bowl, and Distinguished Young Women of America (formerly Junior Miss) to offer project management, branding and styling services. She has also offered public relations, strategy and social media services for firms such as the Mitchell Cancer Institute and the Mobile Airport Authority.

Projects have included branding campaigns to strengthen corporate images, public relations and marketing services, project management, runway show coordination, and strategy consulting. The ability to tactfully manage a process, ensure that timelines are adhered to, and that deadlines are met, are the principle tools that make Hartzog Consulting successful. We take personal pride in ensuring that we deliver a product or service as agreed, keeping the client informed along the way as we foresee changes. We rely heavily on plans and timelines to guide the process, building in variance and creating milestones to keep projects on task. From real estate ventures to event implementation, the foundation of what we do is what makes us who we are.
